To insure the quality of our items, you may return an item for a refund or replacement within 15 days of the post marked shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any refused, un-accepted or un-deliverable boxes will NOT be credited shipping fees. All returns MUST be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate your reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or mis-directed items.
Items returned MUST be intact with tags, NOT worn, soiled, laundered and have all packaging. Returns may not have smoke smells or pet hair as they will not be credited. Shoe returns must come back with the box looking exactly as it was sent to you-brand new. This means no taped or crushed boxes period. The return MUST have ALL tags intact , ALL packaging, and a copy of all paperwork in the returned box. No exceptions!
