All orders placed before 5:00 P.M. are processed the day placed and shipped the following morning through USPS.providing the items are in stock and your bank verifies your credit card. If your order is placed after 5:00 P.M., the order is processed the following morning and shipped the next day if it is in stock etc.. If it is not in stock, it should ship within 5 days or you will be notified via email or phone. If we can not verify your card, you will be notified by email. Please check your spam folders.

If you need (2 business days) EXPRESS, guaranteed shipping, PLEASE phone or email us to make sure your item is in stock. Express items MUST be shipped to the billing address your bank has on file for your account.You must be home to sign for the box as it is guaranteed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.

If you need your item by a certain date, please add that in the need by date section in the shopping cart, so we/you can be assured it will arrive in time!

We can not be held liable for sometimes slower shipping times especially during busy holiday seasons. Once the package leaves our store, you are at the mercy of the USPS. We will give you your delivery confirmation number as soon as it leaves our shipping center.You are responsible for shipping and handling charges for undeliverable, unaccepted or refused shipments.

Please be advised we DO verify all information with your bank. If you give us billing information that does not match the banks records, we will call you and ask for the correct info. If you are shipping to somewhere other than your billing address, we will call the bank and see if you have that address listed with them as an alternate shipping address. If you do not, we will not ship. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU MUST MATCH THE BANKS RECORDS. Sometimes, your bank will not verify this information or they will be closed. When this happens, there WILL be a delay until everything matches in the system. This is for our safety as well as yours.

We now do International shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

If you are in Canada, and have an American Express,or Visa please remember our shipping rates posted are for US customers only. You may check out using Ground, Priority or International Express and at the time of entering your billing or shipping information you can check rates on that page. Please enter the 1-800 phone number for your bank in the customer comments field as we do verify all credit cards, for your protection as well as ours. You may also use PayPal and with either method you choose, we will ship to your verified address only or the address the bank has on file for you...NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you are in the UK, you may checkout using Pay Pal ONLY and we ONLY ship to the VERIFIED address Pay Pal has on file for you. You must pick International Express shipping only.

What if I don't live in the U.S, Canada, or the UK?
If you are in another country and wish to order, simply email us and we can provide other options for you to order...We are not set up to deal with International credit cards, customs, foreign currency, language barriers etc. At the present time, we are only shipping to Canada and the UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS, DUTY CHARGES, VALUE ADDES TAXES AND GENERAL SERVICE TAXES .Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance etc. are the recipients responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be. Shipping occurs once payment is approved and the address is verified. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email when it is due and if you wish to wait.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Delivery times may vary by country. Once your package reaches your country, it is turned over to the local postal service and held until it clears customs. Even though we may ship your order promptly, the delivery of your package may be effected by local holidays, weather, and customs delays.We assume no responsibility once it leaves the U.S. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE . We ship USPS Global Express ONLY.

As of 10-1-2007 WE WILL NO LONGER MAIL A PAPER RECEIPT WHEN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS. YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, AUTHORIZATION CODE, AND TOTAL OF YOUR ORDER
